THE BATTLESBRIDGE CANOE RACE

The Race

Starting from North Fambridge and finishing at Battlesbridge on the river Crouch, The Battlesbridge Canoe Race is a 9 mile race for racing kayaks and 6 miles for canoes and other kayaks.

This is a fun event first held in 1982 and has been organised by Southend Canoe Club since 1994.
